CJ5710 SINGLE COLUMN VERTICAL BORING AND TURNING MACHINE.
CJ5710 rivet crossbeam single column vertical boring and turning lathe is special designed for steel ball equipment’ ball plate machining. It is also widely used to machine all kinds of plate parts.
Main structure features:
Crossbeam is fixed and no stroke, so it improves rigidity.
The machine doesn’t have the side tool bracket. The machine’ structure is simple.
Vertical tool bracket is balanced by hydraulic pressure device. It is easy to be adjusted.
Main motor is two-speed motor. The workbench’ rotate speed can be changed easily.
The feed-in case is controlled with motor and frequency convertor separately and stepless speed feed- in can be realized. At same time, there is fast speed motor to control the fast in and fast out. The direction changes of feed-in is realized through electromagnetism’s open and close.
