C518, C5110 single column vertical lathes are ordinary type of vertical lathes. The machines are used to processing all kinds of medium-sized and small-sized annular parts，shelly parts, flange tray and used to cutting many parts’ plane, outer circle , outer cone surface, inner hole, inner cone surface. Vertical tool bracket is balanced by hydraulic pressure device. The hydraulic system has pressure keeping device.

Crossbeam is clamped by the spring and loosed by the hydraulic pressure.

The main spindle bearings and transmission of gear box and workbench are lubricated automatically.

The pull of main transmission strap and main spindle bearing clearance, vertical sliding crosstie nuts clearance and crossbeam’ clamp force can be adjusted.

The feed-in mechanism has safeguard device.
